LiverGuard, KidneyCare, HeartVital, Gut, Stress, Well being. Pick one, read its label, then decide. Every card shows the form and the headline dose. The full label is one click away.

What to expect. Every box.
Subtle. Slow. On purpose.
A real dose does not announce itself. You are not going to feel it on day one. You are not meant to. Here is what four weeks and twelve weeks tend to look like, and the one day you will notice most.
Week 1
Nothing to report. The box is on the counter. With breakfast, the way the label says. That is the whole job this week.
Week 4
Some people notice something. Some do not yet. Both are normal. Keep going.
Week 12
Nothing you can point at, and that is what a steady dose does. Read the label again. It has not changed.
The skip
The morning you forget. People tend to notice that one more than any day they took it. You notice it when you skip it.* Restart the next morning.
Every boxSame shape, every product. Give each one the full four weeks before you decide.
Lot number.
Type your lot. Read your report.
No badges, agreed. Every lot will be tested by an independent NABL-accredited lab before it ships, and the report goes up here by lot number, dated, on the lab's own paper. A number and a page. The label is the point.
Lot 26F014Best by 2028-03
Where it is
Printed on the pack under the best-by date. Six characters. Example: 26F014.
What the report shows
The lab's name and address. The date. The lot. Each ingredient's label amount next to the amount found. Heavy metals and microbes against their limits. For the HeartVital oil, oxidation. For Gut, the live count. A signature.
Who makes it
Made under FSSAI licence. The 14-digit number sits next to the company name on every pack and in the footer, and you can check it on FSSAI's FoSCoS website. The lot and best-by are printed on the pack, not stickered.
Where it comes from
Each product page names the source and the form of every ingredient, the way the label does. Algal oil from Schizochytrium. Ashwagandha root, not leaf. A chelate named as the chelate.
If you taste fish
Something went wrong with that batch, and we want the lot number.
From the blog.
Room for why.
The label has room for amounts and forms. The blog has room for why. Three recent posts here; all ten are on the blog page.
How to read withanolide standardisation, why bisglycinate and not oxide, where L-theanine fits, the 3 am wake-up, chai and screens, and what a calm formula can honestly do.
Why dal and vegetables come first, what curd does and does not do, how to read strains and CFU on a probiotic label, and what four weeks tends to look like.
EPA and DHA in milligrams, algal oil for vegetarians, CoQ10, arjuna, magnesium taurate and K2 as MK-7 under the one-RDA rule, plus the ghee, the walk, and what a capsule cannot do.
Short answers. If yours is missing, the email is in the footer.
01Is this a subscription? Can I just buy it once?
One order is one order. If you want repeat delivery you tick the box yourself, and it starts unticked. We message you before every repeat box goes out, and you can stop it online in one click. No call, no chat window.
02How do I know what's actually in the pack?
Every amount is printed, in milligrams or micrograms, with its form. No proprietary blends. Every pack has a lot number. Type it into the Lot section and, from the first batch, you get the report for that batch, from an independent lab, on the lab's own paper, dated. Every batch, not a sample.
03Will I get fishy burps from the HeartVital capsule?
There is no fish in it. The oil comes from algae, which is where the fish get theirs, and it is sealed in a plant capsule with mixed tocopherols to keep it fresh. Old oil is what tastes of fish. Every box ships with at least eighteen months to the best-by date. If you taste anything odd, something went wrong with that batch, and we want the lot number.
04How big are the capsules, and how many do I take a day?
Two a day for five of the six, one a day for Well being. The smallest capsule is 19 mm, the biggest 23 mm, and every product page states its own, next to the label, so you can check before you buy. A capsule, not a tablet, every time. Nothing in the range is a horse pill.
05How long before I notice anything?
Honest answer: it is subtle and it is slow. Give any box the full four weeks. The day you are most likely to notice is the morning you forget to take it.* Read the label again at week twelve. It has not changed, and neither has the job.
06Can I take these on an empty stomach?
Better not. Every box in the range says with breakfast, or in the morning with a full glass of water for KidneyCare, and each product page says why: the HeartVital oil wants a meal with some fat in it, the turmeric in LiverGuard sits better on food, the iron in Well being wants company. Follow the page, not the habit.
07Will Stress leave me groggy in the morning?
It should not. There is no caffeine in it and nothing in it that puts you to sleep; it is taken with breakfast, for the day. Helps the body manage everyday stress and supports a calm, clear mind.* If you do feel heavy after it, move one capsule to after dinner. Pregnant, breastfeeding, on any daily prescribed medicine, or if a doctor has ever told you anything about your thyroid, ask your doctor first.
08Is NutryRx approved by FSSAI?
Not in the way the phrase suggests. FSSAI licenses and regulates food businesses and their products; it does not approve products, and no brand may use the logo or licence as a selling line. It sets the rules for what a health supplement or nutraceutical may contain and what its label may say, and can test what is on the shelf. Our 14-digit licence number is printed on every pack and in the footer of this site because the law requires it, not because it says anything about quality. A label that calls itself approved is breaking the rules, and ours will not. You can check any licence number, ours included, on FSSAI's FoSCoS website.
09Is it vegetarian?
Yes, all six. Every capsule is HPMC, a plant cellulose, not gelatin. The HeartVital oil is algal, not fish. The D3 in Well being is from lichen, a plant source, and the supplier's papers for it go on the product page before the first box ships. The green dot sits next to the name on every pack, every card and every product page.
